• Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring their minor's use of the Platform

2.2. Account Registration

• Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
• Users must promptly update their information if any changes occur
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information

3. Services

3.1. Educational Services

• Test series and performance analytics
• Study materials and resources

3.2. Service Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services

4. User Conduct and Restrictions

Users agree not to:

• Share account credentials with others
• Record, reproduce, or distribute platform content
• Engage in any form of cheating or academic dishonesty

• Harass other users or staff
• Upload malicious content or attempt to breach platform security

5. Intellectual Property

5.2. AI-Generated Content

• Responses generated by our AI system are for educational purposes only
• Users may not commercially exploit or redistribute AI-generated content
• We retain all rights to the AI system and its outputs

6. Payment and Subscriptions

6.1. Fees

• Subscription fees are as listed on our Platform
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with appropriate notice

6.2. Cancellation

• Users may cancel their subscription as per the cancellation policy
• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Access continues until the end of the billing period

7. Anti-Piracy and Fair Usage

• Any form of content piracy will result in immediate account termination
• Sharing accounts is strictly prohibited
• Violations may result in legal action

8. Technical Requirements

8.1. Minimum Requirements

8.2. User Responsibility

• Users are responsible for maintaining compatible devices
• Technical issues due to user's setup are not our responsibility

10. Termination
