There are different forms of soaps which are listed as follows: detergent powder,liquid detergents, detergent cakes. Further we can classify these different forms of detergents into further two types which are anionic and non anionic types. Anionic class: They are basically what we call as the fatty derivatives of aromatic sulfonic acids. They include powdered detergents.
Non anionic : They are liquid detergents which do not give much foam.

As we know, detergents are mostly used as cleaning agents in our day to day life.We should know that these detergents are made from petrochemicals and contain sulphonate salts .They are further very effective for removing oil and dirt from clothes.
They are different forms of detergents that we usually come across in our daily life.
Amongst them we will firstly talk about the powdered detergents that we generally use. They are more effective as they produce a good amount of lather .
Another one is the liquid detergents which do not produce much lather as produced by powdered ones and they are more gentle on fabric and are best for cleaning lightly or delicate clothes .
Detergents are also available in the cake form.
We should know that detergents are of two types:

Nowadays hand washing detergents are also available in the market which keeps the woollen clothes soft and long going.These cleaning agents are generally basic in nature.they are used cleaning clothes and used as a powder in washing machines. These detergents suspend in water then dissolve and separate dirt from the clothes.
