Noradrenaline causes vasoconstriction of all blood vessels whereas adrenaline causes vasoconstriction of blood vessels supplying the skin and gut and vasodilation of blood vessels vascularizing the muscle and the brain Noradrenaline is also produced at the axon terminals of sympathetic nerve fibers to transmit nerve impulses from them to smooth muscles and glands.
