BIOSAFETY : It is the prevention of large- scale loss of biological things specially ecology and human health. It is used to protect from harmful incidents and conduct regular reviews of the biosafety in laboratory settings and the strict guidelines which one has to follow. There are many reasons like human error and poor technique that contribute to the unnecessary exposure. The international Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety deals with the agricultural protocol in order to deal with the post genetic threats like new molecules, artificial life forms that generally compete in the natural food chain.

BIOETHICS: It is referred to as the study of ethical issues emerging from biology and medicine. It is concerned with the rise in the relationships in life sciences, biotechnology, medicine and law. It includes study related to primary care and other branches of medicine. Not just this, ethics is also related to many other sciences outside the realm of biological sciences. The field of bioethics has addressed broad human inquiries about boundaries of life involving allocation of scarce healthcare resources and many other issues. The scope of bioethics is seen in the field of biotechnology which includes cloning, gene therapy, human genetic engineering etc.
