Complete Answer:
A sexually transmitted infection (STI) or venereal disease (VD) can also be considered an STD. That doesn't mean that sex is the only way that STDs are passed on. Infections can also be spread by exchanging needles and breastfeeding, depending on the individual STD.
(I) Bacterial Infection: An infection caused by a sexually transmitted bacterium that infects both men and women is gonorrhoea. The urethra, rectum, or throat are most commonly affected by gonorrhoea. Often, gonorrhoea can infect the cervix in females. During vaginal, oral or anal intercourse, gonorrhoea is most commonly propagated.

A virus that affects the body's immune system is HIV (human immunodeficiency virus). It can lead to AIDS (acquired immunodeficiency syndrome) if HIV is not treated. There is no reliable treatment at present. They have it for life until people have HIV. But HIV can be managed with proper medical treatment.
Note: If therapy starts early enough, bacterial STDs may be treated with antibiotics. Viral STDs can not be healed, but drugs should be used to treat symptoms. There is a hepatitis B vaccine, but if you have the disease already, it will not help.
