Frequency is given by $v=\frac{1}{2 l} \sqrt{\frac{T}{\mu}}$ $\therefore$ First frequency $v_{1}=\frac{1}{2 l} \sqrt{\frac{T}{\mu}}$ and second frequency $v_{2}=\frac{1}{4 l} \sqrt{\frac{4 T}{\mu}}$ $\therefore$ Hence, the ratio of frequencies $\frac{v_{1}}{v_{2}}=1: 1$
