From F.B.D of sphere, using Lami?? theorem mgF=tanθ………………(i) when suspended in liquid, as q remains same, ∴mg(1−dρ)F′=tanθ………………(ii) using (i) and (ii) mgF=mg(1−dρ)F′ where, F′=KF ∴mgF=mg(1−dρ)F′ or K=1−dρ1=2
