R=A2+B2+2ABcosθR = \sqrt{A^{2} + B^{2} + 2AB\cos\theta}

Now A=6NA = 6N, B=2NB = 2N then

2R=36+4+24cosθ2R = \sqrt{36 + 4 + 24\cos\theta} …(ii)

from (i) and (ii) we get cosθ=12\cos\theta = - \frac{1}{2}\therefore θ=120\theta = 120{^\circ}
