The secretory immunoglobulin (antibody) present in the colostrum of mother is IgA. It is secreted by mucosa of lymph tissue and is also present in saliva and tear of mammals. IgG immunoglobulin can enter the foetus of pregnant women/female via placenta. IgM are secreted in serum as primary antibody reaction and are responsible for second antibody interaction. IgD is monomer is not capable to cross placenta.
