$Q_{3} = \text{size of }\left( \frac{3(n + 1)}{4} \right)^{th}$ item = size of 6^th item = 19

Then Q.D.$= \frac{Q_{3} - Q_{1}}{2} = \frac{19 - 10}{2} = 4.5$
