Thus it is a physical change in nature.
Physical changes affect the chemical form of the substance but not the composition of the chemical form. The cyclic process is followed in between the products and the reactants.
The physical changes involve the change in the physical properties including the colour, melting point, boiling point etc. No chemical changes in the composition occur.
