Opening of stomata does not affected by $N_{2}$ nitrogen). $N_{3}$ is present in free state in atmosphere/air which is used in nitrogen fixation by some important bacteria but not affect opening and closing of stomata. The opening of stomata mainly affected by $K^{+}$ ions mechanism. The starch $\to$ sugar interconversion theory was given by Sayere $(1923)$ and further it was modified by Steward $(1964)$.
