2. Arachnoid- it is a spider web like meningeal layer which is seen between the dura and pia.which is loosely around the brain
3. Pia mater membrane which is a highly vascular membrane which closely follows the contours of the brain. They are closely attached to the brain and funiculus surface
The outermost is that the meninx, the center one is that the arachnoid mater and also the innermost is that the meninx.
