A. Surface of the human skin- The cells present in the surface of human skin are simple epithelium cells. A layer of simple epithelial cells forms the epithelium tissue. Other cells present on the surface of the human skin are keratinocytes, melanocytes, and Langerhans cells.
-Keratinocytes- these cells produce a protein called keratin which protects microbial, viral, fungal and parasitic invasion.
-Melanocytes- these cells secrete melanin which affects the skin color and protects the skin from UV radiations from the sun.
-Langerhans cells- these cells are immunity cells.

B. Salivary gland- They are composed of two types of secretory cells- serous cells and mucous cells. serous cells are present on the surface of epithelium and submucosal glands and secrete enzymes. Mucous cells are present inside the inner lining of the stomach and produce mucus.

C.Brain- The most common cells present in the brain are neurons. A neuron is made up of the cell body, dendrites and the axon. Other than neurons, glia are also important cells present in the brain. Glial cells are of different types such as oligodendrocytes, microglia, and astrocytes.

D. Inner lining of windpipe- Goblet cells are present in the inner lining of windpipe. They secrete sticky mucous which coats the inner lining and catch any debris present in the inhaled air.

Note: Cells are of two types- prokaryotic and eukaryotic. Prokaryotic cells are simple cells which do not have a true nucleus and contain plasma membrane, cytoplasm, DNA and ribosomes whereas eukaryotic cells are complex cells with well defined nucleus and organelles enclosed in plasma membrane.
