Let take the number of Mechanical graduates be m and the number of electronics graduates be e.

∑$\frac{m}{m}$ = 2.45

∑$\frac{e}{e}$ = 3.56

∑m + ∑$\frac{e}{m+e}$ = 3.12

After putting the values in the equation, we get
2.45m + 3.56e = 3.12m + 3.12e
0.44e = 0.67m
44e = 67m
So the Least value of e is when m = 44, as 67 is a prime number
So, least value of electronics students will be 67.
