According to question,
T25=15T_{25} = 15

T15=25T_{15} = 25
a+14d=25...(ii)\Rightarrow a + 14 \,d = 25\,\,\,...(ii)
On solving (i)(i) and (ii)(ii), we get
a=39,d=1a = 39, d = - 1
