Budding: This is the process in which the new individual develops from some of the generative anatomical points of the parent organism. In some species buds may produce from any point of the body, but in many cases the process of budding is restricted to specialized areas.
Fragmentation: The fragmentation in the multicellular organisms is a form of the asexual reproduction in which an organism is split into the fragments. All of these fragments develop into matured organisms; the full grown individuals are genetically identical to their parents.
