Haldi is an underground stem that is known as rhizome, it is antiseptic and antibacterial in nature, in haldi the most active compound is curcumin which has great benefits to treat various kind health related or life threatening diseases like alzheimer's and cancer. It holds anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and helps in curing arthritis like disease.
Bahera:- The plant is used to treat stomach disease by using dry fruits of this plant. This herb is effective in nourishment of dhatus body and pulp of fruit nourishing the eyes, hair growth. It also acts as a mild sedative and is also used in insomnia conditions. This plant contains a wide variety of chemical compounds such as mannitol, chebulagic, rhamnose, gallic acid, sitosterol and gallic acid.
Bael:- it is known as wood apple or bilva, its fruit are very nutritious and contain various nutrients like beta- carotene, protein, riboflavin and vitamin-C, B1,B2, riboflavin, Thiamine, niacin, carotene and posses good amount of good fats, fiber, potassium, calcium and other minerals too. This plant fruit holds antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and laxative properties. It helps in treating diarrhea, diabetes, constipation, skin problem, scurvy, blood purification and cholera.
Arjuna:- it is also called as Arjun tree and grows widely in India. It holds various medicinal properties, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial. It helps to reduce heart related diseases and strengthen and tones the heart muscles and also help in reducing blood pressure. It is used to treat or control the diarrhea, asthma and cough and help to manage skin diseases like eczema, psoriasis and rashes.
