Answer
Female reproductive tract
Explanation
Solution
Capacitation is a phenomenon of activation of spermby which it develops the ability to fertilize ova in mammals. The secretions of the female reproductive tract lead to the removal of the coating substances that are deposited on the surface of the sperms, especially on acrosomes, therefore exposing the receptor sites and activating the sperm to penetrate the egg.
Therefore, Capacitation is an increase in fertilizing capacity of sperms that occurs in the female reproductive tract.
