As AgNO3AgNO_3 is added to solution, KCl will be displaced according to following reaction.
AgNO3(aq)+KCl(aq)AgCl(s)+KNO3(aq)\, \, \, \, \, \, AgNO_3(aq)+KCl(aq) \longrightarrow AgCl(s)+KNO_3(aq)
For every mole of KC1 displaced from solution, one mole of KNO3KNO_3 comes in solution resulting in almost constant conductivity. As the end point is reached, added AgNO3AgNO_3 remain in solution increasing ionic concentration, hence conductivity increases.
