$I_{A} = \frac{100}{2^{2}} = 25\mspace{6mu} cd$and $I_{B} = \frac{100}{(2.5)^{2}}\cos\theta$

$= \frac{100}{2.5^{2}} \times \frac{2}{2.5} = \frac{200}{(2.5)^{3}}$

Case II,

$I'_{B} = XI_{B} = \frac{25}{(3.25)^{3/2}}$ so $\frac{I'_{B}}{I_{B}} = \frac{25}{200} \times \frac{(2.5)^{3}}{(3.25)^{3/2}} \Rightarrow X = 1/3$
