F1F2=r1ω12r2ω22\therefore \frac{F_{1}}{F_{2}}=\frac{r_{1} \omega_{1}^{2}}{r_{2} \omega_{2}^{2}}
Since, F1=F2F_{1}=F_{2}
r1ω12=r2ω22\Rightarrow r_{1} \omega_{1}^{2}=r_{2} \omega_{2}^{2}
r2=r1ω12ω22\Rightarrow r_{2}=\frac{r_{1} \omega_{1}^{2}}{\omega_{2}^{2}}
