Area of square-shaped sheet = $(Side)^2$
= $(6)^2$
= $36 \;cm^2$
Area of circle = $3.14 \times 2 \times 2$
= $12.56 \;cm^2$
Remaining area of sheet = $36 - 12.56$
= $23.44$ $cm^2$
