Current in the circuit is given by : $l^2$ [700+300] = $\frac{1}{2} \times 5 \times 10^{-6} \times (200)^2$ This gives ; $l^2 = 0.1 \times 10^{-3}$ Hence $H_1 = l^2\, R_1$ = 0.07 J And $H_2 = I^2R_2$ = 0.03 J
